KOTTAYAM: Malayalam film and television actress Salu Menon may be questioned by police in connection with the Solar Panel Scam, after the petitioners revealed to the police that she was seen along with Saritha’s husband Biju Radhakrishnan when he was taking money from them.
There is an allegation that Salu Menon made way for Biju to escape. Earlier, Salu said that she had no connection with Biju. Later, it was proved to be a lie when photographs picturing both Biju and Salu leaked out.
It was Salu who rented a room for Biju at a resort in Changanassery. The employees at the resort say that Salu visited the resort frequently.
Meanwhile, Salu Menon and family left their house 'Aravindam' at Changanassery.
The police also got information that Biju went into hiding in Tamil Nadu. A police team under the guidance of two DySPs, along with the support of Tamil Nadu Police, started search for Biju.
