KOCHI: There should be a code of conduct for the personal staff members of ministers, said AICC secretary V D Satheesan. Talking to reporters after arriving from New Delhi, he said if it is made mandatory while appointing personal staff, then it will help to avoid controversies.
The problems in the congress will be solved in the state itself as the intervention of the national leadership is not needed, he said.
