THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Lokayukta has asked the amicus curiae to clarify its stand, before July 10, on making Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan  defendants in the Pattoor land grab case.

When the case was considered on Friday, Amicus curiae asked Advocate K B Pradeep for more time.

The Court has also asked about sending notices to the ministers once they are made the defendants. It also questioned about the media report that certain Aruvikkara by-election candidates owned flats in Pattoor.
