THALASSERY: The Thalassery Principal Sessions Court Monday rejected the anticipatory bail plea of CPM Payyannur area secretary T I Madhusoodanan, accused in the murder case of RSS leader Kathirur Manoj. The charge against Madhusoodanan is that he helped the main accused Vikraman to go underground and for making arrangements for his treatment.
The CBI is likely to arrest Madhusoodanan after his bail plea has been rejected. The CPM had given him leave from area secretary’s post after charged as accused. The court had earlier rejected the anticipatory bail plea of P Jayarajan.
