THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In the all-party meeting held by the government on Thursday, it has been decided to kill stray dogs that are either rabid or violent. Facilities will be provided in veterinary hospitals for sterilisation and vaccination of dogs. It will be the duty of the Panchayt to take dogs to the hospitals.
It has also been decided to call a high-level meeting in all districts in the presence of ministers to discuss means to control rabid dogs.
