ANGAMALY: A youth taken into police custody collapsed and died in Angamaly Thursday morning. He has been identified as Krishna Kumar (39) of Kalady. The police arrested him last night on a complaint lodged by his wife’s relatives for troubling them in an intoxicated stage. It is stated that he died after his blood pressure shot up.
Krishna Kumar is estranged from his wife. He was taken to the police station early this morning after a complaint was lodged against him. After half an hour, he started vomiting and collapsed. Though he was taken to the hospital, his life could not be saved. The body was handed over to this relatives after post mortem. He leaves behind his wife Saji and children Sivanandan and Sivanandini.
