Saturday, September 24, 2011: Minister for Ports and Excise, K Babu, dedicated to nation the 500-tonne ‘bollard pull test’ facility installed by Cochin Shipyard Ltd (CSL) at Vizhinjam near here on Friday. The Minister laid the foundation stone for the water supply and sanitation facility at the site.
