Saturday, September 24, 2011: Congress in Kerala will soon strictly follow the ‘one-man-one-post’ norm. KPCC President Ramesh Chennithala said that the party would soon restructure its organization in the state by strictly following the one-man, one -post policy.
“The party has decided that no organizational post should be given to MLAs and MPs. It will strictly be followed,” Chennithala told reporters here. However, this policy will not be applicable in the case of Chennithala, MLA, who decided to stay away from the race to the post of Chief Minister.
The Pradesh Congress Committee chief also said the party would try to evolve a consensus before allocating organizational posts for Congress workers at state and district level.
