KOTTAYAM: The plea of Kerala Congress (M) chairman K M Mani in the bar bribery case is his personal matter, said Chief Minister Oommen Chandy. There is nothing unnatural in the court verdict. The court wants the government to continue the probe, he said.
The chief minister said this while responding to court rejecting Mani’s demand to impose a stay on the proceedings of the vigilance court in the bar case. Mani’s plea demanded to stop the proceedings of the vigilance court till the crime branch produces the vigilance report against its SP Sukesan in the bar case.
