Minister of State for External Affairs E Ahmed got the additional charge of MoS, Human Resource Development. Trinamool Congress leader Dinesh Trivedi will become the new Railway Minister of the country. There is no change in the portfolio of Civil Aviation MinisterVayalar Ravi.
