Congress should not show special consideration to any community: Antony

ALAPPUZHA: Defence Minister A.K. Antony on Wednesday advised the Congress party that it should not show special consideration to any community and also should not forget the social justice.  


It is the policy of Congress not to show any special interest or disregard towards any community. The congress party in Kerala should not forget this fundamental justice--Antony told media persons after delivering a speech at public function in Alappuzha.


Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) president Ramesh Chennithala said that the matter would be closely examined on the basis of Antony’s opinion.


Antony uttered his remarks at a time when Nair Service Society (NSS) and Kerala Students’ Union (KSU) complain that Muslim League interferes unnecessarily in the state administration.
