in india, we wait for something to happen like this and all of a sudden all concerned departments wake up.after a few days, things again go back as if nothing has happened.why cant be these precautionary measures adopted and permanently implemented.why dont we develop and follow such a system where all things can be controlled, its not that, its impossible, in fact we ourself dont want such strict preventive and precautionary measures to be implemented

EVERY WHERE IN INDIA YOU CAN SEE THIS HAPPENS EVERY DAY BUT SOMETIMES ITS HAPPENS DIRECTLY THAT IS THE ONLY DIFFERENCE, THAN THE OTHER INCIDENCE. INDIAN CIVIL SERVICE,YOU MAY CHECK IF THERE IS ANY FOOD INSPECTOR OR FOOD DEPARTMENT AWAY FROM CORRUPTION? THINK AND ACT , WHOSE RESPONSIBILITY TO ACT AGAINST CORRUPTION? THERE IS MANY MEDIAS YOU CAN TRUST AND I THINK YOU CAN GET A CHANCE TO PROVE IT, AND DER IS NO INDIAN(KAMALAHASAN)OR ANYAN TO REACT.
