KOZHIKODE: Kozhikode Judicial First Class Magistrate Court deferred to July 30 hearing the argument on opposition leader V S Achuthanandan’s plea seeking to quash the report of the investigating team to close the ice-cream parlour case.


VS directly appeared in the court and requested to hear his version in the case.
