Investigating report on ice-cream case out

KOZHIKODE: The report submitted by the investigating team to the CJM court in Kozhikode in connection with the Kozhikode ice cream parlour case is out. The report has been out as soon as the Supreme Court directed to give a copy of it to opposition leader V S Achuthanandan.


The report says the case is being closed as the witnesses’ statements in the case is not believable. Rejina has obtained lakhs but the source of it is not clear. Rejina possesses more wealth among the witnesses. She has a house and car worth Rs 25 lakhs and two scooters. The report says she doesn’t have so much income to own all these.


A prosecutor had taught Rejina and Rejula to give statement. This was stated by their husbands.
