Namitha wants to do ‘Dirty Picture’

At a time when some of her peers are turning down the offer to play the lead role in the southern remake of ‘The Dirty Picture’, Namitha has expressed her desire to play Silk Smitha. She feels that she will be perfectly apt for the role.


“I feel I am the better choice than anyone else to play this role,” says the buxom beauty, adding, “I want to play the lead character in the Tamil remake of The Dirty Picture”.


Stating that she strongly feels that the role was tailor made for her, the Billa girl says she is even ready to bring down her remuneration, if she was offered the role.


“Vidya Balan did complete justice to the Bollywood version. I too will if I am given an opportunity,” says Namitha, adding that no one related to the project had approached her so far however.
