written statement informed the assembly that Kerala Congress (B) leader R
Balakrishna Pillai, undergoing jail term in the Idamalayar case, had
violated jail rules.
Pillai talking to a private channel is also an offence, he said. He has talked to his relatives and also used the jail phone.
He also said that he has violated the 81st clause and 27th sub clause of the jail laws.
Pillai will have to spend an additional four days in jail for making phone calls in violation of prison rules.
