TP Murder: DySPs hold talks

KOZHIKODE: The DySPs within the special investigation team probing the murder of RMP leader T.P. Chandrasekharan held talks on Sunday and discussed about submitting chargesheet in the case.


Those who participated in the talks were DySPs A.P.Shoukathali, K.V. Santhosh, Josy Cherian and A.J. Sojan.


The chargesheeet would be filed at the Vatakara First Class Magistrate Court before August 10. Both the murderers and those who participated in the conspiracy would be included in the interim chargesheet. Accordingly, M.C. Anoop, Kirmani Manoj, Kodi Suni, T.K. Rajeesh, P. Mohanan, Karayi Rajan, P.K. Kunhanandan and C.H. Ashokan will be included in the chargesheet.


The investigation team has compiled evidences against the accused. After filing the chargesheet, the trial would be shifted to Sessions Court.
