THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Thiruvananthapuram District Collector Biju Prabhakar will approach the high court against the case filed against him in the controversial Pattoor land case. He will file a petition in the high court on Monday, stating that conspiracy had been hatched to trap him in the land case. He has informed that he will name those behind the conspiracy, when his petition comes up for hearing in the court.
Biju Prabkahar said it was not practical to close down all quarries at Mukkunnimala. If the government reveals the names of quarries functioning illegally, it would be closed.
Lokayukta had earlier found that 15 officials including Biju Prabhakar and former Collector K N Satheesh had misused their official power.
The Lokayukta has asked all of them to appear before it on February 6.
