There are differences with Sudheeran in liquor policy, says Chandy

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: There are some differences of opinion with KPCC chief V M Sudheeran in the liquor policy, said Chief Minister Oommen Chandy. He said they will move forward jointly by holding their different opinions.

Talking to reporters after the weekly cabinet meet, he said all their problems have been ended cordially. From now on, the party and the government will go forward jointly. Sudheeran was invited for the UDF parliamentary party meeting. The national games will be held as per schedule. The work of the stadium is almost complete and only the final touches are held now. All complaints regarding the games will be solved. The President has informed that he will not partake in the games as he is ill. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has to decide whether he will attend or not.

Chandy asked whether action should be taken against Shashi Tharoor in the case in connection with the murder of his wife Sunanda Pushkar. In reply to a question, he said Tharoor himself has said let the truth come out.
