THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A clash broke out at the secretariat march staged by Yuva Morch seeking the resignation of Chief Minister Oommen Chandy in the solar case. The police trained its water cannon on the activists and also resorted to lathicharge. The march started at 12 noon.
The police disrupted the march by lifting atop the barricades 100 metres away from the secretariat. The police resorted to lathicharge and used water cannons when the activists tried to topple the barricades.
