KOZHIKODE: Union Minister of State for Home Mullappally Ramachandran Saturday said he will not backtrack on his charge that the Communist Party of India (Marxist) was behind the murder of Revolutionary Marxist Party Leader T P Chandrasekharan last month. Talking to newspersons here, the Union Minister said arrests and surrenders of the party leaders and activists vindicated his stand on the issue.
