Disciplinary action against T K Hamza for criticizing VS

NEW DELHI: The central committee meet directed to take action against state panel member T K Hamza for his statement against opposition leader and CPM central committee member V S Achuthanandan.


The central committee assessed that criticizing a senior central committee member like VS was not correct. The action against Hamza will be decided by the state leadership. It has been hinted that the leaders had asked to remove Hamza from the state panel and also to shift him all posts.


The state leadership will be forced to take action against Hamza even if leaders including Pinarayi Vijayan oppose it. Majority in the central committee sought action against Hamza.


In the party meet in Malappuram, Hamza said VS has the habit of ‘stabbing the party from the back’ whenever the party faced a crisis or an attack from its opponents. Consider it as a joke was the stand taken by the party state secretary Pinarayi Vijayan at that time.
