Permission denied quizzing accused in Balu murder case
KOCHI: The Kerala High Court cancelled the permission given by the sessions court to question the accused in jail in connection with the murder of INTUC leader Balasubramaniyan in Vandiperiyar. The Ernakulam sessions court permitted the special investigating team formed to question the eight accused following the revelation of Idukki former district secretary M M Mani. The court cancelled the permission considering the plea of one of the accused.
