Petrol price hiked by Rs 0.70/litre
Monday, July 23, 2012: After two sets of reductions in petrol prices last month, petrol prices will be hiked by Rs 0.70 with effect from midnight tonight.
The hike comes after two successive reductions in the price of the fuel last month, the last one being a Rs 2.46 slash on 29 June, which followed a Rs 2.02 per litre cut on June 3.
