Fast track court needed for trial in TP murder case: Mullappally

KOZHIKODE: A fast track court is needed for the trial in the murder case of RMP leader T P Chandrasekharan, said Minister of State for Home Mullappally Ramachandran. This is required so that it will put an end to political murders in the state, he said.

Mullappally said, “KPCC chief Ramesh Chennithala too agrees with me. 90% of the probe in the case is almost complete.”

The revelation of the kin of the accused and their relatives that the real accused in the Payyoli Manoj murder case has not been caught is a proof of the ties between  politicians and the police. The state home department should examine it, he said.
