V J Paulose apologises to SNDP

KOCHI: Ernakulam DCC president V J Paulose has apologized to the SNDP for his statements denigrating the teachings of Sree Narayana Guru, on the Samadhi day of Guru.

Paulose met yogam general secretary Vellappally Natesan on Wednesday and apologized to him. KPCC Ramesh Chennithala intervened and directed Paulose to apologise after Kothamangalam SNDP Union came to the fore seeking the resignation of the latter.

Meantime, Natesan said agitations will not be staged against him till Sept 28. The council meet to be convened on Sept 28 will decide the future course of action.  

In the meanwhile, the march staged by SNDP yogam activists to the Ernakulam DCC office was stopped by the police.
