Only 6 LPG cylinders to apartments having centralized supply system
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Bharat Petroleum has introduced a new rule, according to which only six subsidized LPG cylinders will be provided to those apartments which have centralized LPG supply system (‘Reticulated Supply’) even if it hold 200 flats.
In effect, flat owners will have to spend Rs. 928 for each cylinder. The new rule is to affect mainly those flat owners at Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram.
Reticulated system is supplying LPG through pipeline network from a centralized cylinder bank or bulk installation to the customer's kitchen.
