AG seeks early trial in TP murder case

KOZHKODE: Advocate General sought an early trial of the 76 accused arrested in connection with the murder of RMP leader T P Chandrasekharan.  AG’s legal advice was that if the case is handed over to an agency like the CBI then the trial will be delayed and there are chances for the accused getting bail. So, the AG directed to start the procedural measures on the trial.

Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnna has informed TP’s wife K K Rama the direction to begin the trial.
