25% power curb imposed on industries
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As the state is moving into a huge power crisis, the regulatory commission permitted the electricity board to impose a 25% curb on power to industries during peak hours.
A control has been imposed on advertisement boards and illuminations on electricity.
Meantime, the commission rejected board’s demand to charge more from domestic consumers using more than 200 units.
