Land allotment case: Govt gets time to submit reply
NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court deferred to four weeks considering the land allotment case against opposition leader V S Achuthanandan.
The court considered the pleas of VS’ relative T K Soman, who got the land and VS’ personal assistant A Suresh Kumar, seeking exemption from the case.
The government informed the court that they need four weeks’ time to reply for the pleas. The case was later postponed.
