Jose Cyriac new chief secretary
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Jose Cyriac will be the new chief secretary of the state. The decision to appoint him was taken by the cabinet which met here today. Cyriac will replace K Jayakumar, who is retiring this month.
Jayakumar will continue as the Sabarimala Devaswom Commissioner.
The last Sabarimala festive season was conducted smoothly under the supervision of K Jayakumar.
