CCTV images show open prison cells of T P case accused

KOZHIKODE: A scrutiny of CCTV images from Kozhikode district prison showed that the prison cells of the T P case accused often remained open. The officials on duty in these days will be questioned, sources said.  

The cells were found open on days ahead of the mobile phone controversies. The 11 accused are lodged in cells starting from number eight to 12. According to jail rules the accused in the same case should not be allowed to stay together. But in this case, three accused are in one cell and the other cells have two accused each.
