Bar scam: K Babu challenges VS to provide evidence

KOCHI: Excise Minister K Babu said the allegation leveled by opposition leader V S Achuthanandan that bribe was taken from bar owners is ‘baseless’. I challenge him to provide evidence, he said. VS had alleged that the two Congress ministers who took bribe from bar owners were Ramesh Chennithala and K Babu.  VS shouldn’t have stooped to that level, he said. VS is leveling allegations against the congress in order to cover the problems of his party, he said.
