KOCHI: The Kerala High Court expressed dissatisfaction for not implementing the verdict to issue license to ten bars. The case has been postponed to Wednesday as the government has moved the Supreme Court against the high court verdict. The bar owners approached the high court pointing contempt of court after the government failed to implement the order.
When the case was considered, Advocate General, who appeared for the government, informed the court that an appeal has been filed in the Supreme Court. However, the court observed that it should have been informed to the government earlier. Following that, the case was postponed
