THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The investigation report of the Director of Public Instructions says that there was flaw at all levels in the evaluation of SSLC answer sheets and publication of the result.
But there is no recommendation in the report to take action against any particular person. “There was gross error in the manner in which students’ mark and other details were uploaded. After that, technical glitches happened in the software and server used for the purpose. Moreover, there was some faults in evaluation centre and Pareeksha Bhavan, says the report, which also recommends a comprehensive inquiry into the flaws.
The primary inquiry report was handed over to Education Minister Abdu Rabb, who said further inquiry will be conducted after examining the report.
The recording of marks had gone haywire as it was done in a hurry. Later the results were republished after necessary corrections. With this, the pass percentage also improved.
