THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Vigilance department has ordered an inquiry against Civil Supplies Minister Anoop Jacob. The inquiry was initiated based on the complaint filed by Kerala congress (B) chairman R Balakrishna Pillai.
A month ago, Pillai had given a complaint to Vigilance director, alleging corruption in the recruitments made in Consumer redressal forum. The Vigilance director has given orders to Special Cell SPs to consider the complaint and give a report on it.
