KOLLAM: Taking exception to DGP Jacob Thomas’ statements the other day, DGP Sen Kumar has said that the former should serve the people by doing his duty and not by being vociferous. “What Jacob is going around and speaking are the things that he is not implementing in his life. He should do a self-examination to decide whether he is eligible to blame others,”Sen Kumar told the media in Kollam.
Sen Kumar said he knew certain things about Jacob Thomas that others didn’t know. “When I see hypocrisy, I cannot but react. His stand is that he has one rule and others have another. He shouldn’t have the feeling that he can say anything and do anything. He should realise the restrictions the police have,” he said, adding that he didn’t have any personal rivalry against Jacob Thomas.
