Solar Commission asks Saritha to submit letter

KOCHI: The recording of the statement of Solar scam accused Saritha S Nair has been postponed to 15th of the next month. Though Saritha had appeared before Justice Sivarajan Commission on Monday, she told them that she didn’t feel physically or mentally sound to record the statement.

She told the Commssion that she needed more time, following which the Commission conceded to her request.
Meanwhile, the Commission has asked Saritha to submit the letter she had flashed during a press conference.  “When you appear to give your statement, you should also bring the letter. Prime solar scam accused Biju Radhakrishnan can also appear that day so that if he wants, he can counter Saritha’s statements then,” the Commission told Saritha, adding that she could go for acting in cinema only after recording the statements.

Biju Radhakrishnan had earlier alleged before the commission that Saritha had sexual relationship with a few political leaders. “Saritha herself had made related CDs using the hidden camera. All those CDs are with me,” Biju had deposed before the Commission. But Saritha rebutted these allegations hours after Biju made the above allegations.
