John Brittas,Now Asianet CEO

Bringing down curtains to all the speculations, the Managing Director of Kairali channel and the icon of modern visual media, John Brittas is all set to join Asianet as the CEO on the 2nd of May. Brittas is said to have resigned from Malayalam Communications Ltd. in search of greener pastures.

John Brittas is believed to be one among the pioneers who gave birth to the visual wing of CPM Kerala, along with Pinarayi Vijayan and M.A. Baby. Brittas has been toying with the idea for quite some time now. It appears that he waited for the opportune moment to disclose the news to the Party Secretary and the Board of Directors.

Asianet has been in search of a Head of Operations, Kerala. The company found a suitable match in Brittas who has proved over the years that he is much more than just a journalist, when he saved Kairali from its losses and converted it into a profitable business venture. His financial management skills are widely acknowledged in the business circles.

By his move of joining hands with Asianet, Brittas is going to break his 11 year-old companionship with Kairali TV, packed with all the thrills and adventures of the field of journalism. Now he is all set to prove that the potential of a true journalist can never be limited to the political and ideological parapets of any one particular media organization.

youdasine..aryiyumo...athinum appurathanu..njan brittasinu kanunna stanam...perillum samyam ullathondu..he can do that with out shame.

the way you talk..the way you guide..make sure to..go through the same way..your self...then..you will get respected...

Whatever the reason he may be famous for, but I observed he lacks depth in his journalism skills. I think he must be calm down a bit to understand the other side of the coin. Even while conducting interviews his questions with guests are silly at times.
