Thursday, August 18, 2011: The last date for receipt of application for Group Life Insurance-cum-Terminal Benefit Scheme for rubber tappers working in the small holding sector has been extended till August 26.
Application in the prescribed form together with declaration forms for self-certification regarding sound health and application forms for appointment of nominee should reach in the respective regional offices of the Rubber Board on or before August 26.
Forms are available at the regional offices of the Board free of cost, an official press release said.
