Pan masala seized at Iritty

KANNUR: At least 9,000 sachets of ‘pan masala’ were seized by the Excise Department from a private bus at the Koottupuzha excise check-post at Kiliyanthara in the Iritty police station limits. The tobacco products were found in 300 small boxes kept along with other goods in the bus which was coming from Bangalore to Kannur, the police said.
