THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A person who had been committing robbery on trains was arrested on Friday under Goonda Act. Jamal from Kottayam, Ettumanoor was arrested by Railway police and handed over to State police.
Jamal, who is already an accused in about 100 cases of theft, has undergone punishment in the past. Now, he will be in preventive detention in jail for six months.
