Train services restored in capital city

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Train services disrupted after an electric line snapped near Kazhakoottam have been restored. Maintenance work on the electric line was completed, informed the railway sources. The 66 KV Line snapped on the track between Kazhakkoottam amd Kochveli early Sunday morning at 4 am.

The train services were disrupted following the snag. Trains to other places from the capital city were not able to depart.  Trains proceeding to the capital city were stopped at Kollam. The services were restored after four hours. Railway authorities said trains to the capital city would be affected for almost three hour.
