PATHANAMTHITTA: The Pathanamthitta Chief Judicial Magistrate Court withdrew the arrest warrant issued against Saritha S Nair, the main accused in the solar case. The court warned her for violating bail conditions. The warrant was issued against her for flouting the bail condition asking her not to leave Kerala.
Advocate Fenny Balakrishnan informed the court that it was his fault to advise her to travel via Kollur as there was a threat if travelled to Coimbatore. As the court hadn’t directed which way to travel, travelled via Kollur, he said. "If that is so, she could’ve travelled to Coimbatore via Gulf," quipped the magistrate.
