Ambrosia’s cake manufacturing unit closed

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The cake manufacturing unit of Ambrosia in the capital city has been closed by the food safety department. The department conducted an inspection after a dead cockroach was found in a cake.  On inspection, it was noticed that the cake is made in an unhygienic atmosphere.
