ALAPPUZHA: BJP garnering more votes in the Lok Sabha polls is a warning for the CPI (M), said SNDP yogam general secretary Vellappally Natesan. If they do not function keeping this in mind, the party will face a strong setback, he said.
There was a section dissatisfied in the functioning of the UPA Government and their votes must have gone for the CPM. Not only that their attitude led to BJP garner those votes. If the CPM fails to change their attitude, they will not be able to survive.
With the results out, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has become a stronger person, he said.
