KANNUR: There are hints that two RSS leaders have been arrested in connection with the murder of CPM activist Chitthariparambil Onion Preman. The arrested persons are reportedly RSS Taluk Sahakaryavahak Sajesh (26) and Mukhya Sishak Kunjunni alias Kalarikkal Ratheesh (24).
CPM Chundayil Branch member Preman was attacked on February 25 at around 9 pm. He was attacked after a terror situation was created by hurling bombs near him. Though he was admitted in hospital with serious injuries, he succumbed to the injuries soon. The inquiry is being carried out under the instructions of DySP V N Vishwanathan.
