They noticed that steel and other items of low quality were used for the construction of the building. With the finding of the corruption, auditing and inspection of the project have started.
Corruption was noticed in the construction done during the tenure of former CEO Jijo. TECOM had shunned him much before the completion of his tenure. Jijo had cited personal reasons for his resignation. However, it was hinted that he resigned soon after the irregularities came to light.
