Vadakkekkad theft: police intensify probe
THRISSUR: The police have not received any breakthrough yet into the theft of 500 sovereigns of gold from a house at Vadakkekkad, near Kunnamkulam, two days ago. The police conducted inquiry at lodges in the district and camps of migrant labourers. The raid was conducted on the basis of an intelligence report that persons involved in theft cases had reached the State.
