Ice cream parlour case: SIT submits report
Sunday, June 17, 2012: The special investigating team probing Ice cream parlour case submitted a report at the Kozhikode First Class Judicial Magistrate Court on Sunday stating that they are winding up the case due to lack of evidence.
The investigation had started based on the revelation by K.A. Rouf, a businessman, and a relative of Industries Minister P.K. Kunhalikutty.
The team questioned almost 150 persons including Kunhalikutty, Justices K Narayana Kurup, K Thankappan, former advocate general M K Damodaran and former additional advocate general V K Beeran. Almost hundred documents had been examined. The high court also examined the case diary.
